rain rain go away!!

come again another day!!

I just looked at the forecast for this weekend from Houston to Austin and it's looking pretty ugly. 40% chance of thunderstorms on Saturday and 30% on Sunday. Hopefully the meteorologists are wrong on this (like they are on so many things). I do not want to ride from Houston to Austin in the rain. What happens if it starts lightening??

Rain, if you're listening, please come before the MS150, or after we finish.

Thank you.

We are starting near Tully. Since the Shell team is so big, they have their own starting place... I'm sure we'll see each other on the ride though :)

I actually like riding in rain...a lot. However I don't really want to ride in rain with 12,999 other people! I got rained on a few times this last weekend at the Easter Hill Country Tour...it was nice! So if it rains...just let it be after the peloton has broken up!

Agreed...I don't mind riding in the rain, I just don't want to ride with so many other people.

It is one thing riding with a small group of people you ride with daily or weekly, but to ride people that may not have ever ridden with a huge group of people, much less in the rain....not feeling it.

Hopefully it will clear up.
